This is an appeal from a decree of the Circuit Court for Marion County, Probate Department, which, after trial, (1) overruled the contest of an instrument presented for probate by the proponent-respondent as the last will and testament of Nan M. Wagner, deceased, and (2) held that the instrument presented by the proponent-respondent was the last will of the decedent, that the latter had not revoked it and that it was entitled to probate in solemn form.
