The defendant, Todd Peters, appeals his convictions on two counts of first-degree murder following a jury trial in Superior Court (Abramson, J.). See RSA 630:l-a, 1(a) (2007). On appeal, he argues that the Trial Court (O’Neill, J.) erred when it denied his motions in limine to introduce evidence of alternative perpetrators and to exclude the testimony of the keeper of the records for Célico Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless.
