Appellee filed suit in the Chancery Court of Perry County, Arkansas, against appellants, his brother and sister-in-law, seeking specific performance of an oral agreement to convey land and two houses to him and asking that the court enter an order requiring appellants to execute a deed to the land in question to him. The trial court ruled that there had been substantial performance of an oral agreement entered into between the parties and that the agreement did not violate the statute of frauds.
