Frank and Heather Bushman (the “Debtors”) filed a Motion for Partial Reconsideration (Reconsideration Motion) seeking permission to reopen a sanctions hearing to present evidence regarding actual and punitive damages. The Reconsideration Motion is opposed by Staker & Parson Companies (Staker/Parson), the party against whom sanctions were sought.
