Introduction
Sean P. Drumm (“Debtor”) filed a voluntary Petition under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code on August 3, 2001. Debtor was represented at the time of filing by Attorney Michael J. Graml (“Attorney Graml”). On December 10, 2001, Debtor, through Attorney Graml, filed the within COMPLAINT TO DETERMINE DIS-CHARGEABILITY OF A STUDENT LOAN PURSUANT TO 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(8) (the “Complaint”) against New England Loan Marketing Association (“New England”).
