This is an appeal from the order of the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board under the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Act of June 1, 1937, P. L. 1168, also raising questions as to the constitutionality of the act. The board after hearing made a *612number of findings of fact, the first nine of which are not controverted.
