Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Broome County, rendered April 20, 1977, convicting defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of the crimes of robbery in the first degree and kidnapping in the second degree and sentencing him to two concurrent indeterminate terms of imprisonment of not more than 16% years or less than 8% years.
