Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered October 22, 1975, convicting him of robbery in the first degree and kidnapping in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed. The circumstances of this case present clearly separate crimes of robbery and kidnapping (see People v Black, 18 AD2d 719; cf. People v Levy, 15 NY2d 159, 165, cert den 381 US 938).
