—Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Frank Diaz, J.), rendered October 18, 1991, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of rape in the first degree (two counts), incest, and endangering the welfare of a child, and sentencing him to concurrent prison terms of 3 to 9 years (twice), 1 to 3 years, and 1 year, respectively, unanimously affirmed.
