SUMMARY ORDER

After a jury trial, Defendant Samuel Maldonado was convicted of conspiracy with intent to distribute 500 or more grams of cocaine, 21 U.S.C. § 846, and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, 21 .U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). The district court sentenced Maldonado as a “career offender” under United States Sentencing Guideline (“U.S.S.G.” or “Guideline”) § 4Bl,l(a). On September 18, 2014, we affirmed the district court’s judgment and sentence, rejecting all five of Maldonado’s challenges to his conviction. United States v.
