LATTIMORE, Judge.
— Appellant was convicted in the District Court of Uvalde County of burglary, and his punishment fixed at four years in the penitentiary.
There is but one question presented in the record and that is the sufficiency of the evidence to support the conviction. Mr. H. II. White testified that he owned a store in the town of Sabinal, and that on the night named said store was entered through a window and a quantity of goods taken.
