Plaintiffs IzatuIIo Khoshmukhamedov and Zoulfia Issaeva filed this case against State Farm Fire and Casualty Company (State Farm) on March 15th, 2012, based on State Farm’s refusal to pay Plaintiffs under a homeowner’s insurance policy for losses sustained when water pipes burst and Plaintiffs’ home was flooded.
