Robert Lance Coral was indicted on March 7, 1988, in Montgomery County, on two counts of capital murder; Count I was murder committed during a robbery in the first degree, § 13A-5-40(a)(2), Ala. Code 1975, and Count II was murder committed during a burglary in the first degree, §13A-5-40(a)(4).
