I. Introduction.
In this Alabama state law action, the plaintiffs, Diane Brown and Thomas Brown (“the Browns”), claim injury caused by the alleged “negligent and wanton” operation of an aircraft by defendants, Astron Enterprises, Inc. (“Astron”), North American Flight Training Academy (“NAFTA”), and William L. Mabry. Amended Complaint at ¶¶2, 4, 12.
