Herschell Milton Finch was found guilty of battery in the first degree. He presents three points for reversal. In none of them do we find reversible error.
Appellant Finch first claims error in the trial judge’s refusal to permit his attorney to examine prospective jurors on voir dire with reference to his being appointed by the court to represent appellant.
