MEMORANDUM OPINION
STEPHEN C. ST. JOHN, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter came for hearing on February 9, 2007, upon the Objection to Confirmation of the Chapter 13 plan of the Debtors, Robert Bruce Ellegood and Judith Rash Ellegood (“Debtors”), filed by HSBC Auto Finance fik.a. Household Automotive Finance Corporation (“HSBC”). The Court took the matter under advisement. This Court has jurisdiction over these proceedings pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 157(b)(2) and 1334(b).
