A general court-martial in Frankfurt, Germany, convicted this appellant of assaulting Specialist Four Harrison Morrison with a dangerous weapon, in violation of Article 128, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 928. The court then imposed a sentence of confinement at hard labor for one year and forfeiture of $75.00 per month for the same period. The convening authority approved both the findings and the sentence.
