ANDREASEN, Justice.
The issues raised in this action pertain to jurisdiction. If the district court did not have subject matter jurisdiction, its finding of contempt in this case would be illegal and subject to challenge in this certiorari action. However, if the district court did have subject matter jurisdiction, then we must determine if we are deprived of appellate jurisdiction because the contemner did not timely challenge the finding.
