MONCUR, J., pro tem.

The question on this appeal involves the sufficiency of notice respecting rejection of a claim against the estate of a deceased person. The action is one on a claim for services alleged to have been performed by the plaintiff for August Aho, son of Malakius Aho, deceased, at the special instance and request of defendant’s decedent and of whose estate the defendant, Lizzie Abramson, is the duly qualified and acting administratrix.
