HAND, Circuit Judge..The plaintiff as Housing Expediter brought this action against the defendant, a New York City real estate broker, for an injunction and treble damages on account ■of alleged •'violations by the defendant of the Emergency Price Control Act of 1942, as amended, 50 U.S.C.A.Appendix, § 901 et seq., and of the Rent Regulation for Housing in New York City Defense-Rental Area, as amended [8 F.R. 13914].
