STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Plaintiff-appellant Paddy Jamerson (Jam-erson) appeals the judgment of the Henry Circuit Court that he take nothing in his libel and slander and conspiracy to libel action against defendant-appellees Anderson Newspapers, Inc. and Jeff Evans, a reporter for the Anderson Herald.

We affirm.
