MEMORANDUM OF DECISION ON PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION

In this adversary proceeding the plaintiff, Chapter 11 trustee Joseph V. O’Donnell, has filed a twenty count amended verified complaint against the defendants, seeking recovery for, among other things, funds transferred to the defendants in connection with a leveraged buyout of one hundred percent of the outstanding stock of Oxford Homes, Inc.
