This is a workmens compensation case. The trial court entered an award in favor of the claimant, Darrel Kissick, and he has taken an appeal.
The facts are not in dispute. Those which are germane to the sole point in issue are as follows: On February 13,1969, the respondents, Salina Manufacturing Company, Inc. and its insurance carrier, Bituminous Casualty Corporation appealed to the Saline County District Court from an award of the Director of Workmen’s Compensation which granted the claimant temporary total disability for a hernia and…
