This is an appeal by the claimant-appellant, Cleveland Crow, from adverse determinations in two interrelated workmen’s compensation actions which were consolidated for trial by the court below. The first case, docketed in the district court, was an appeal by the respondent-appellee, city, a self-insurer under our Workmen’s Compensation Act (K.S.A. 44-501, et seq.
