MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER This Opinion concerns the latest in a long line of disputes between Plaintiff Larry Klayman and Defendant Judicial Watch, Inc. Klayman accuses Judicial Watch’s President, Thomas Fitton, of having perjured himself in a declaration submitted to the Court.
