Alvin Jackson appeals a summary judgment dismissing his claims against Americana Development Company, LLC. We reverse and remand for further proceedings.
FACTS
Jackson instituted suit for declaratory and injunctive relief, as well as damages, against Americana and the city of Zachary (the City) after Americana constructed a traditional neighborhood development (TND) on property across Highway 64 from Jackson's home.
