— The defendant appeals from his conviction of the crime of possession of gambling devices. Defendant sought suppression of certain punchboards and other gambling paraphernalia as being the product of an unlawful search of his vehicle. The Court of Appeals reversed the trial court’s admission of those items into evidence but affirmed the trial court’s order of destruction of the gambling devices, as will be more fully explored later.
