This was an action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff in a motor vehicle collision at the intersection of two city streets. Plaintiff recovered. The defendant has appealed from orders overruling his demurrer to the amended petition, his demurrer to plaintiff’s evidence, his motion for a directed verdict, his motion to set aside answers to special questions, his motion for judgment non obstante, his motion for a new trial, and from the judgment entered by the trial court.
