ROBERTSON, Justice.
Monte M. Dennett and Jim G. Bray, defendants in a suit in a district court of Dallas County, filed a third-party action against First Continental Investment Corporation for indemnification of losses sustained via liability in the primary suit. First Continental, an Ohio corporation, filed a special appearance to contest the court’s jurisdiction of its person. The contest was opposed on the basis that the motion was unsworn and that it was filed by the corporate president instead of an attorney.
