MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
REINHARD, District Judge.
On November 22, 1995, this court granted summary judgment in favor of Gregory Alan Pourchot, Lester Lunsmann, Inspector Rhode, Inspector Williams, Inspector D.E. Kearns, and Inspector Fetzer, and entered a final judgment in favor of defendants and against plaintiff, Nicholas J. Apostal.1 On December 11, 1995, the Illinois State Police, Pourchot, Lunsmann, Rhode, Williams, Kearns, and Fetzer (“defendants”) filed a bill of costs pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1920 and Fed.R.Civ.P. 54(d) seeking a total of $2,949.322 in costs.
