By our own motion, we withdraw the opinion issued and judgment entered by this court on May 23, 1996, as well as our opinion on motion for rehearing. 1 The following is substituted in their stead.

Opinion

Western National Bank (WNB) appeals from a final summary judgment entered in favor of Christine Rives (Christine). 2 Through two points of error, "WNB contends that the trial court erred in denying its motion for summary judgment and in granting that of its opponent. We disagree, overrule the points, and affirm.
