ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

Plaintiff Pamela McCoy Cline instituted this action against Defendant Fort Howard Corporation (“Fort Howard”) pursuant to the Americans With Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101-12213, and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. Cline contends Fort Howard discriminated against her on the basis of her disability (vision impairment) and on account of her sex in connection with her transfer from the rewinder department to the folder department of Fort Howard’s plant. 1 Both…
