We grant the appellee’s motion for rehearing, withdraw our former opinion dated October 3, 2012, and substitute the following opinion in its stead.

Nancy Murphy (“former wife”) appeals the trial court’s order granting her former spouse Dennis Murphy’s (“former husband”) petition for a downward modification of alimony and' denying her request for attorney’s fees.
