This Memorandum of Decision amends and supersedes the Court’s bench ruling, issued at the end of the July 1, 2015 hearing on a motion (the “Motion”) of the debtor and debtor in possession (the “Debtor”) to enforce the automatic stay under 11 U.S.C. § 362(a) against Bais Chi-nuch L’Bonois, Inc.
