The matter before the Court is Chaney’s Motion for Sanctions filed by Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant/Movant, Blaine John Chaney (“Movant” or “Chaney”). By this motion, Movant seeks to have the Court impose sanctions on responding parties, Ronald W. Grigg (“Grigg”), Ronald Carnevali, Jr., Esq.
