People v. Cobb

— Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Cohen, J.), rendered October 23, 1986, convicting him of burglary in the first degree (two counts), robbery in the first degree, robbery in the second degree, assault in the second degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
