Each of these cases, which were tried together, is an appeal from the determination of the defendant as administrator of the Unemployment Compensation Act (Chapter 280a, Sup. 1939) in assessing contributions against the plaintiff. In the first case the plaintiff is a corporation located in Waterbury, organized and existing under the laws of this state, while in the second case the plaintiff is a corporation located in Meriden, organized and existing under the laws of the United States.
