MEMORANDUM OPINION

LATCHUM, Chief Judge.

The plaintiff, Douglas K. Eskridge, is a state prisoner who is presently incarcerated at the Delaware Correctional Center in Smyrna, Delaware. On December 18, 1978 he presented a pro se complaint to this Court based on 42 U.S.C. § 1983. In that complaint he asserted that the named defendants 1 denied his application for parole in a manner which violated his right to due process of law.
