ANDERSON, Presiding Judge.

This is a proceeding brought under the Administrative Procedure and Review Act, Chapter 536 RSMo 1949, V.A.M.S., to review an order of the Board of Police Commissioners of the City of St. Louis. By said order plaintiff was found guilty of conduct unbecoming a police officer, in violation of Rule 15, Section 2, of the Rules of the Board of Police Commissioners,- was reduced in rank.from Serge'ant to Turnkey, and suspended from the Police Department for a period of six months from October 10, 1952.
