Appeal from the interlocutory decree of the United States District Court confirming. a proposed plan of composition of debts, Chapter IX of the Bankruptcy Act of 1898 as amended, 11 U.S.C.A. §§ 401-404.
The Lindsay-Strathmore Irrigation District [hereinafter for convenience referred to as the District] is an irrigation district organized under the provisions of the California Irrigation District Act, Cal.
