The Hardin Bag Burlap Company, Inc., alleging that it was the holder of several policies of insurance with the defendant, Fidelity Guaranty Fire Corporation of Baltimore, covering it "against all direct loss and damage by sprinkler leakage", and that it suffered a loss directly caused by sprinkler leakage on February 26, 1939, of which $665.85 was covered by the defendant insurance company and which, upon demand, it refused to pay, brought this suit seeking to recover the amount.
