FOR THE COURT:
¶ 1. On February 24, 2015, a jury in the Circuit Court of Panola County, First Judicial District, convicted Patrick Evans Clark of the capital murder of Charlene Wren (Wren) and sentenced him as a habitual offender to life imprisonment without the possibility of parole.
