CARLTON, J., FOR THE COURT:
¶ 1. Craytonia Badger appeals his conviction for burglary of a building and sentence of seven years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC). On appeal, Badger claims that his conviction is unlawful because his constitutional rights were violated when the trial judge denied him the opportunity to recall a witness to testify.
