This is an action for divorce. The plaintiff-husband, D. T. Stayton, and the defendant-wife, Roma M. Stayton, were married in 1946. At the time of the divorce in 1971 they had been married 25 years. Three children were born to the marriage who at the time of the trial were 18, 9 and 8 years of age. Roth of the parties are college graduates. Mrs. Stayton is a school teacher.
