This case involves an appeal and cross-appeal from an order of the Family Division of the Superior Court awarding the husband’s interest in two lots, situated in the District of Columbia and jointly owned by the parties as tenants by the entirety, to his former wife in satisfaction of his obligation to support her under the terms of a property settlement agreement.
