CLARK, Chief Judge.
This suit for property damage to an automobile and a counterclaim and cross-claim for personal injuries arose out of an automobile truck collision in Kansas. The parties were the Missouri resident automobile owner, the Kansas corporation trucking company licensed and admitted to do business in Missouri, the Missouri resident truck driver and, as a third party defendant, the Missouri resident automobile driver.
