OPINION

QUIST, District Judge.

Plaintiff, Prudential Life Insurance Company, requests this Court to determine the beneficiary of a Servicemen’s Group Life Insurance Policy purchased by Vincent B. Perales, Jr., now deceased. Before this Court *844is Defendant Sally A. Music’s motion for summary judgment.

Facts
