MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

OLIVER J. CARTER, District Judge.

The question presented to this Court is whether or not certain pre-sentencing memoranda prepared by the San Francisco office of the Antitrust Division, United States Department of Justice, should be made a matter of public record. These reports were prepared in connection with the sentencing of the defendants in United States v. Hancock Brothers, Inc., et al., Criminal No. 41530.
