The plaintiff, Rita Patemostro, the dependent widow of Francesco Patemostro, appeals from the decision of the workers’ compensation review *216board (board) affirming the workers’ compensation commissioner’s (commissioner) denial of her claim for survivor’s benefits under General Statutes § 31-306.
