MEMORANDUM DECISION

I. INTRODUCTION
This matter comes before the Court on the debtor’s March 6, 2001 motion to avoid the lien of the Parkview Villas of Scottsdale Owners’ Association (hereinafter “Association”) 1 pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 522(f)(1)(A) 2 . The Association filed a response on March 19, 2001, and the debt- or replied on March 23, 2001. This court held a hearing on the matter on March 30, 2001.
